2. A leader of a team that is not winning. The skills are there, the enthusiasm may be lacking at times but the team spirit and bravery needs boosting. You know that the key to success is working together and you feel your team deserve the best and investment, which will result in joy and productivity.
3. Someone who wants to live their best life but feeling unfulfilled. Maybe you know what is missing and what you need to do, but not aligning action with your goal, which results in that dream never being realised and those goals never getting achieved. Which pushes that change you are craving further and further away. Or you need to work out what you actually want and how to get it. Without limiting beliefs and excuses. Having someone to work with you and being accountable to.

Whatever your goal, challenge, dream or frustration - you can ACHIEVE anything. I promise. As long as the plan is right and the steps clearly lead you to that goal, then there really is not very much you cannot achieve. That's something I had instilled in me at an early age, and mamma and pappa Eriksson were right; whatever you put our mind to, you can achieve. So, let's start with that mindset and dream big. No limiting beliefs. Personally or professionally.
